As part of a design-build team, Forge Construction lead the building process for Wilkerson Crane’s new corporate headquarters building. The development of the project included over 24 acres of which 18 acres will be used as their laydown yard for crane, semi’s, trailers and storage. The new building is a 28,000 SF pre-engineered metal building which includes two stories of open office space, private offices, conference rooms along with training areas, support space and a production/maintenance shop. A highlight of the building is a mezzanine area that is open to the workings of the industrial space below.
