While constructing a new store for Westlake Ace Hardware in Liberty, MO, Forge Construction was engaged to build a new store in Lee’s Summit. This location is nestled in between a QuikTrip and Walmart on the Northwest corner of Highways 291 and 150. The new building sits on a 2.5 acre site and is comprised of a 13,000 SF retail showroom space as well as a 5,000 SF outdoor garden center. Project also included site utilities’, 90+ parking spaces, and loading bay area at the rear of the building.
