Forge Construction was selected to complete this multi-phased project on their existing campus located in the heart of the urban core. Phase I included demolition of an old unused structure and sitework making room for their new facility. The next phase included constructing a new three-story, 27,000 SF building. The new facility features more than beds, classrooms, administrative offices, multiple conference rooms, a large training room, numerous indoor and outdoor common areas, chapel, fitness center, wellness room, commercial kitchen, dining and community engagement space. Phase III includes demolition of the remaining structure which will be replaced with additional parking and recreational space.
