This medical office building is located right off of 87th Street and 69 Hwy in Overland Park, KS and is home to both Sunflower Medical Group as well as Orthopedic Health of Kansas City. This project consisted of a complete interior demolition and renovation. The 28,000 SF facility is a mixture of patient rooms, provider offices, nurses stations, and laboratory. The tenants operate with separate entrances and lobbies but share a centralized provider conference room as well as imaging suite.
