Forge Construction worked closely with developer, architect and tenant to complete the build-out of 4,000 SF Class A office space for Senior Living Fund located inside the LoFTS at City Center in Lenexa, KS. Entering the suite from the main floor lobby area you are immediately welcomed into the reception and commons area with nearly floor to ceiling windows. The rest of the space includes tons of natural light and a combination of both open and private offices as well as a conference room and storage area.
Forge did a great job managing this project. The project came in basically on-time even with significant material delivery challenges. The project also came in under budget. Communication of details between owner, architect and tenant was excellent and Forge did everything they said they were going to do including warranty follow up and returning savings to the owner. I would definitely recommend Forge for other projects.
