Office Expansion and Renovation

The Lightwell building, formerly known as City Center Square, is a 30-story Class A office tower in the heart of downtown Kansas City. The building boasts over 657,000 SF and is home to numerous tenants. One of the building's 18th-floor tenants is Professional Engineering Consultants (PEC), who engaged Forge Construction to complete an expansion of their existing space by demolishing a recently vacated tenant space. The new space includes both closed and open offices, a new breakroom, and a copy work room.
