Forge Construction recently this renovation for Contract Furnishings who acted as both the owner and designer. The project took place in the historic Western Auto Building on Grand Blvd. located on the East side of the Crossroads. This location is now home to their new main showroom and offices that highlight their product portfolio. The project consisted of a complete demolition and renovation to their 1st floor retail space including sandblasting the original building’s 2-story concrete columns for an exposed look and the construction of a uniquely preserved moss décor wall.
