Forge Construction completed renovations of floors 18 and 19 for a confidential client's headquarters office. All work was accomplished while the building remained occupied. To overcome the challenge of the building elevators being serviced for an extended period, Forge Construction had to re-sequence deliveries and devise creative solutions to transport materials to the upper floors. Despite these obstacles, the project was completed on schedule without any delays.
